Full of fossils with fishes long before human and dinosaurs. Great place for archeology education. The place is tiny though.

More background information on what was happening in the world & with evolution around the time of the fishes deaths.

Fantastic place for kids and adults. Well presented fossils, easy access, good picnic facilities. Don't miss this if you are in the central west.

A great community effort, getting dated and tatty, could do with some more modern interpretation

We went when it first started. Had an update. I am not a believer in paying to see "stuff" in museums. This one has a most interesting history. Well done Canowindra.
